1. Sales and Orders
- All sales are final.
- Order Verification: You are responsible for verifying all details of your order, including magnet type, color, quantity, imprint, shipping address, etc., in your confirmation email. Notify us immediately at orders@scrapmonster.com if there are any errors.
- Confirmation Email: Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the confirmation email. Add orders@scrapmonster.com to your safe sender list.
2. Monster Magnet Imprinting
- Client Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your imprint (if applicable).
- Imprint Limitations:
- 16 character limit per line.
- Allowed characters: $ ¢ . – ‘ & @ # / \ ” ( ) , ? (no emojis, symbols, or profanity).
- All text will be printed in UPPERCASE.
- Imprint Fee: Orders with less than 100 magnets with the same imprint will incur a $10.00 fee.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: We may change prices at any time. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added as required by law.
- Payment: We accept all major credit cards. You agree to pay the total amount due at the time of purchase.
- Payment Security: We do not store any payment information. Your information will not be shared with any third party.
4. Return and Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
